Dolores M. Halyama, 78, of Niles died Monday November 2nd at 8:20 p.m. St Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
She was born January 19, 1937 in Donora,PA the daughter of Guido and Mary Dusi Fronzaglio.
Dolores worked as a cook at several area restaurants for many years. She was a very active member of First Presbyterian Church of Niles and enjoyed traveling with the Senior Circle, garage saling and gardening.
Her husband Eugene L. Halyama who she married August 26, 1954 died July 1, 2012.
Dolores will be deeply missed by her son Roy E. and his wife Julie of Pittsburgh, four daughters Sandy M. Prine of Warren, Valerie Skreckengost and her husband Rick of Bluffton, South Carolina, Terri A. Phillips and her husband Brad of Bluffton, South Carolina, Cheryl Biddle of Niles, two brothers Joseph and Richard, three sisters Lucille, Antionette, Roseanne, nine grandchildren Laura, Christopher, Jerica, Jennifer, Jamie, James, Jack, Morgan, Quentin and ten great-grandchildren Alyssa, Gavin, Ava, Nicholas, Trenton, Sierra, Brendon, Brady, Cadence and Xaria.
She is preceded in death by a great grandson Daniel Vincent Joseph O'Malley, parents, step-mother Laura and four brothers Fred, Louis, Anthony and Jerome.
Friends may call Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. and one hour before the 11 a.m. funeral services Saturday at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
