Dorothy V. Mollica, 88, of Niles died at 1:57pm Friday November 18th at her residence.
She was born February 9, 1928 in Sharon, PA the daughter of George and Anna Bohach Husosky.
Dorothy was a 1946 graduate of Brookfield High School, a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, and was employed for 25 years as a Winder at Peerless Electric in Warren before retiring in 1986.
She enjoyed baking, cake decorating, sewing and especially Polka dancing.
Her husband Sam Mollica, whom she married June 26, 1948, died September 18, 2014.
Dorothy will be deeply missed by her son Sam Mollica and his wife Diane of Niles, her daughter Denise Welsh and her husband Dan of Niles, three grandchildren Delia McFadden and her husband Brent, Dinah Barnes and her husband Patrick, Sam N. Mollica and three great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a grandson Adam Mollica, a brother George R. Husosky and a sister Margaret Taczak.
Private funeral services will be held.
Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
