Joyce A. Byrd, 76 of Howland, died Monday September 19, 2016 at her residence.
She was born May 25, 1940 in Warren, Ohio the daughter of Harold and Lillian Bauer Hover.
Joyce was a 1958 graduate of Gustavus High School, employed at Delphi Packard Electric in Warren for 30 years retiring in 1997, enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and an avid Cleveland Browns fan.
Joyce was one of the most loving, caring, and giving persons, always had a smile on her face, and will be deeply missed by a son John Parkinson III of Niles, a daughter Virginia Villwock of Howland, six grandchildren, Christen Villwock, Noah Villwock, Danielle Rinderknecht, John Parkinson IV and his wife Andrea, Angela Myers and her husband Jake, Alexis Parksinson, several great-grandchildren, her dog Mo, and her former husband and close friend John Parkinson Jr. of Warren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Sherry Parkinson, and two brothers, Stan Hover and Edwin Hover.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
