Helen P. Scarpaci

Helen P. Scarpaci, 92, of Canfield, passed away on Monday March 18, 2024 at The Inn at Ironwood Assisted Living.
She was born September 8, 1931 in Niles the daughter of Domenico and Rosina Guliano Perone.
Helen was a 1949 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, employed as a secretary at Packard Electric, and an avid golfer.
Her husband Joseph W. Scarpaci whom she married November 24, 1956 died September 21, 2023.
She will be deeply missed by her twin sister Thelma Zemko and her husband Joseph of Port Charlotte, Florida, and her cousin Joe Perone of Girard.
She was preceded in death by three brothers Sabato “Sam” Perone, Gabriel “Billy” Perone and Frank Perone and four sisters Clotilda “Cleo” Sidor, Marie Urban, Lorene Simunich, and Ruth Ann Bodnark.
Per Helen’s wishes, private services have been held.
Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
