Albert T. Segreto, 89, died 9:18 a.m. Sunday December 1st at his residence in Warren.
He was born April 16, 1930 in Warren, the son of Tindoro and Thelma Casamento Segreto.
Al was a 1948 graduate of Colebrook High School and worked in maintenance for over 30 years for the Trumbull County Department of Elderly Affairs.
He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles and was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War.
Al was a very simple man, was always happy and enjoyed his routine. His voice could always be heard, as it was one of the loudest within the group and as a self-taught piano player he would go to area nursing homes and play for the residents.
He will be deeply missed by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by four brothers Tony, Philip, Frank and Sam Segreto, and six sisters Louise Fuda, Petrina Corso, Lena Spain, Rose Gilk, Yolanda Patena and Josephine Marsh.
Friends may call Friday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the 9:30 a.m. prayer service at the Joseph Rossi & Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles.
Burial will be in Pineview Memorial Park.
