Dolores L. Parise, 84, of Niles, died at 12:30PM Thursday August 23, 2018 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Youngstown.
She was born November 17, 1933 in Warren the daughter of Louis and Angeline Carto Cappella.
Dolores was a 1951 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and employed as head cook for Niles City Schools for 25 years and for Warren General Hospital for 6 years retiring in 2000. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, enjoyed cooking, baking, spending time with family, and entertaining during the holidays.
Her husband William E. Parise Sr. whom she married November 26, 1951 died June 16, 2008.
She will be deeply missed by a daughter Sandra Eisnaugle and her husband Dr. Edmund, with whom she made her home, two sons, William E. Parise Jr. and his wife Linda of Niles and John Parise of Youngstown, three sisters, Mary Ann Nuzzi of Warren, Jean Victor of Warren, and Diane Marchese of Farmdale, seven grandchildren, Denise Orndorf, Danielle Phelan, Sam Toke, Maria Michelmann, J.R. Eisnaugle, Christopher Parise, Sarah Eisnaugle, and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by triplet sons, Tim, Tom, and Teddy Parise, a brother Frank Cappella, and three sisters, Catherine Gilbert, Betty Camaratta, and Dorothy Cappella.
Friends may call from 9AM to 10:30AM Tuesday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Tuesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 10:30AM prayer service at the funeral Home.
Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.
