James P. Fowler, Jr., 50, of Wadsworth, Ohio unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 of heart complications. Jimmy was born on December 26, 1967 in Warren, Ohio. Beloved son of James and Patricia Verina Fowler, brother of Patricia Fowler, husband of Maggie Condon Fowler, nephew of Michael Verina, Nicholas and Helen Verina. Preceded in death by his grandparents. He will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends.
Jim was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School and Youngstown State University where he was a tuba player for Niles McKinley High School, Youngstown State University and Warren Jr. Military Band. FAF, nickname meaning “forever a friend”, was a brother of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He was a self-employed website designer and comic book dealer at Radar Speedball Cards and Comics in Niles. He loved his dog, Porthos, music, singing, playing instruments, jokes, movies, reading, history, swimming, gaming, technology, holidays, traveling, dining and socializing with family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Joseph Rossi & Sons Funeral Home in Niles where friends and family may call two hours prior to the service which will include a Sigma Chi White Rose Ceremony.
Burial to be in Niles City Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
