Mr. Gatta,
I am sorry that you passed away. You were high spirited and were very dedicated to your family. As you would share good stories or to as mentioned you'd be cynical to cooking sausage at the Mt. Carmel festivals. My regards go to your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and your Gatta family in your passing and now that you are gone Rest In Peace.

My Dearest Cousins: I am very saddened by the death of my first cousin, Larry. He was the kindest, hardest working, most family devoted person I have known. I am heartbroken that I am not able to attend funeral services as I have no transportation to Niles. Sincere sympathy from my children, Maxine, Gary, Jerry, Anna & Amy & their families. Love.

How comforting it is to know that Jehovah, the God of all comfort, will eliminate all grief and provide permanent consolation when "all those in the memorial tombs will hear Christ voice and come out"(John 5:28-29). May his promise to "wipe every tear from our eyes and death will be no more" (Revelation 21:3-4) comfort you. jw.org

To the family of Lorenzo Gatta. We are very sad to hear of the passing of Lorenzo! We always found Larry to be a very charming and friendly man. Also, he was never afraid of hard work. And yes, we saw him at many Mount Carmel festivals working hard and sweating labors of love frying the sausage for those great Mt Carmel sausage and pepper sandwiches. He had much to be proud of, raising a great family with his wife Geraldine. It was Italys loss when Lorenzo chose America as his home. It was people like Larry who made America great! God bless him and may the good Lord accept him in heaven with open arms.
