Mary F. Marsico, 99, of Lorain, Ohio formerly of Niles, died at 9:05PM Thursday March 30, 2017 at Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain.
She was born August 7, 1917 in Calabria, Italy the daughter of Frederick and Raffaela Bellitt Marsico.
Mary was employed for 43 years at General Electric in Niles retiring in 1980, a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, church festival volunteer, enjoyed listening to music, crocheting, baking, cooking, and traveling.
She will be deeply missed by a brother Vincent Marsico and his wife Louise of Columbus, a sister Beverly Findish and her husband Thomas with whom she made her home, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, and three sisters, Rose Mastromatteo, Adeline Trobeck and Rita Stuart.
Friends may call from 8:30AM to 9:30AM Wednesday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Wednesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery.
