Randall S. Rose, 56, of Niles passed away at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, November 21st at his residence.
Randy was born on January 23, 1962 in Warren, the son of Melvin and Gloria DiCola Rose.
He was a 1980 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and also went on to receive his bachelor's degree at Youngstown State University.
Randy began his 25 years in the steel industry at WCI Steel in Warren, Ohio and most recently worked at NLMK in Farrell, Pennsylvania as a chemist and quality manager.
Randy was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren as well as the Ben Lin Club in Niles, where he had many special friends.
His hobbies included music, golfing, bowling, playing guitar, and watching his favorite Ohio sports teams.
Randy will be deeply missed by his wife Susan Elko Rose, whom he married October 7, 1989, his son Dylan Rose of Niles, Ohio, his daughter Melanie Rose of New York, New York; two sisters Robin Rose Stiller of Copley, Ohio, and Raeann Stanks and her husband David of Clarkston, Michigan. He also leaves three nephews, Timothy Stiller, Eric Stanks, and Tanner Stiller; two nieces, Courtney Stiller and Madison Stanks; along with three great-nephews, Grayson, Hunter, and Dax.
Please join Randy’s family on Monday, November 26th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Joseph Rossi & Sons Funeral Home in Niles, Ohio.
Funeral liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 27th at Sts. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church in Warren, Ohio, officiated by Reverend Simeon Sibenik, preceded by a 9:15 a.m. prayer service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
