Adriana G. Tomlin, 85, of Niles, passed away peacefully July 8, 2016 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren surrounded by her family.

Adriana was born June 2, 1931, in Trieste, Italy, the daughter of Giuseppe and Maria Pertot Gustin. She immigrated to The United States in 1956 with her young family and moved to Niles in 1958.  Adriana was incredibly proud of her Italian heritage and loved to share stories and memories of growing up in her beautiful hometown.

She was employed as a Cutter at Packard Electric and proudly retired in 1992 after 30 years of service.  She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles and was a talented Gardner and Seamstress.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, keeping up on current local and international events, and doting on her beloved pet cats.

She was the cherished matriarch of her family and will be deeply missed by her four grandchildren, Brian Tomlin and his wife Jamie, Scott Tomlin, Kristin Kramer and her fiancé Michael Oswald, and Michael Kramer; eight great-grandchildren, Zachary, Ashley, Cristian, Faith, Landon, Bianca, Leena, and William Jr.; and one great-great-grandchild, Caleb.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son John (Robbie) Tomlin and her daughter Marisa Vorndran.

Friends are invited to call one hour prior to the 11AM funeral service Tuesday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material contributions be made in Adriana's honor to Angels for Animals, 4750 West South Range Road, Canfield Ohio 44406.
