Anne M. Sandy, 96, of Niles, died at 3:30 AM Wednesday June 10  2015 at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland after a short illness.

She was born July 16, 1918 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania the daughter of Angelo and Mary Antoniazzi Sebben.

Anne was a 1936 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, Infant Jesus of Prague Guild, enjoyed yard work and flowers.

Her husband Samuel G. Sandy whom she married February 12, 1946 died November 22, 1990.

She will be deeply missed by her son, Joseph Sandy and his wife Pamela of Johnston Township, Ohio, two daughters Jacqueline Alfred and her husband James of Houston, and Patricia Sandy, at home, a brother Lawrence Sebben of Austintown, a sister, Ida Fabrizio of Sacramento, California,  eight grandchildren, Brett Sandy, Jared Sandy, Alenna Sandy(Michael Fratamico), Elliot Alfred(Liza), Thomas Conrad, Jonathan Conrad, Natalie Conrad, and Nicholas Conrad, two great-grandchildren, Aaron Alfred and C.J. Alfred, and over sixty nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Nean Sebben, Miles Sebben, and Paul Sebben, and a sister Emily Guerra.

Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 7PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where The Mount Carmel Bereavement Ministry and Infant Jesus of Prague Guild will conduct prayers at 6:30PM.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 10AM Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
