Obituary

Antonio Giuliano , 87, of Niles, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family on Tuesday, December 10th. He was born June 10, 1926 in Corleto Monforte Salerno, Italy the son of Felippo and Gioseppina Giuliano. Antonio was a member of the Italian Army and came to United States in 1962. He worked in maintenance for Republic-WCI Steel for 25 years before retiring in 1993. Antonio was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, was a past member of the Niles Knights of Columbus council 1681 and enjoyed gardening and wine making He will be deeply missed by his wife Teresa Guarnieri Giuliano, who he married April 22, 1967 and two sons Joseph (Jennifer) Giuliano of Cleveland and Michael Giuliano of Niles. Antonio was preceded in death by two brothers Felippo and Eduardo Giuliano and a sister Louisa Prezioso. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5 pm at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where the Mt. Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 4:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles officiated by Father John-Michael Lavelle preceded by a 9:30 a.m. prayer service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
