Arthur L. Brogden III, 68, of Niles, passed away on Monday February 2, 2026 at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland.

He was born January 7, 1958 in Gainesville, Florida the son of Arthur and Ann Hammond Brogden Jr.

Arthur was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville, Florida and attended Birmingham Southern College.

He was employed as a car financier for multiple dealerships, was of the Episcopalian Faith, member of The American Legion, and VFW.

Art enjoyed military history, golfing, dogs, reading, avid Florida Gator Football fan, and watching movies

He was a United States Army veteran.

His wife Anne L. Pittaway Brogden whom he married November 21, 1992 died in 2012.

He will be deeply missed by two daughters Evelyn “ Sara” Brogden of North Carolina and Julia Tipple and her husband Eric of Sugargrove, Ohio, two brothers, Andrew H. Brogden and his wife Julie of Zionsville, Indiana and James “Barclay” Brogden and his wife Dawn of Key West Florida, and a granddaughter Rebekah Victor.

He was preceded in death by a grandchild Jameson Tipple.

Cremation will take place. There are no services.
