Arthur "Jack" Eckley, 72, died Tuesday February 20, 2024 at Gillette Nursing Home in Warren.. Jack was born on May 21, 1951 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, the son of Norman and Lula Keith Eckley. Jack was a 1969 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and was employed as a mold technician at Packard Electric for 21 years before retiring in 2006. He enjoyed motorcycles, doing yard work and venturing to casinos. Jack will be deeply missed by his son Brian Eckley of Akron, sister Lorraine Timko and her husband Don of Warren, brother-in-law John L. Proudfoot of Colorado, nephew John N. Proudfoot and his wife Amy of Colorado, niece Samantha Wolf and her husband Shawn of Warren. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Marie Proudfoot and Marlene Smith, and niece Lindsay Renee Timko. Committal service and burial will be held at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens Peace Chapel in Canfield at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024.
