Audrey Jean Calbert, 63, of Warren, died 5:29pm Thursday February 14th at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren. She was born July 26, 1949 in Warren the daughter of Leon Ware and Esther Jackson Windom. She was employed at Warren city schools as a custodian, General Electric, and also worked as a bartender. Audrey grew up as a member of First Baptist Church in Braceville and more recently a member at the Greater St. Johns Church in Warren. Her former husband, Chorsie Calbert Jr. died December 31, 2006. She will be deeply missed by her mother Esther Windom (Duane) of Warren, her father Leon Ware of Warren, two sons Chorsie Calbert III and his wife Tanya of Columbus, Leon Darnell Calbert of Atlanta, three daughters LaTonya Calbert of Warren, Sandra Calbert Green and her husband Kirk of Atlanta, Kassia Michelle Calbert of Warren, a sister Linda Ware Frith of Virginia, fifteen grandchildren Chorsie IV, Leon Jr, Dominique, Tawnyette, Robert, Ashley, Dante, Ah'Lexis, Paul III, Da'Jia, Kaylin, Chelsey, Kyra, Roderick, Shanell, seven great grandchildren, three of which she helped raise, Shayona, Aniya and, Ani-Jae and all her nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a brother Charles Wesley Ware. Friends may call Friday 9am until the time of the 11 a.m. funeral service at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles officiated by Pastor Calvin Mason. Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 1612 Jackson Street, Warren OH 44485, the home of her daughter, LaTonya Calbert.
