Betty J. Mymo, 92, of Niles died Friday March 3, 2017 at her residence.

She was born September 15, 1924 in Girard the daughter of Daniel and Mary Melinda Barninger Jenkins.

Betty, who was of Methodist faith, was employed at Kings department store for 15 years, retiring in 1975. She was a loving mother and grandmother whose heart and kitchen were always open. She enjoyed playing bingo, baking pies and especially enjoyed the company of her family and friends.  Her unconditional love and giving heart made all who came to the home feel like family.  She was a second mother to many and the heart and soul of her family.

Her husband James A. Mymo Sr. whom she married November 28, 1942 died July 27, 2013.

She will be deeply missed by two sons, James A. Mymo Jr. of Warren and Carl Mymo with whom she made her home with, a daughter Karen Ashiolas of Niles, three grandchildren, Christine Murray and her husband James, Danielle Munno and her husband Michael, and Lori Tincher and her husband James, seven great-grandchildren, Alex Ashiolas, Emily Rose Murray, Connor Murray, Drew Munno, Isaiah Munno, Ethan Reiter, Brendan Reiter, a great-greatgrandson, Kyle Hawkins, and her niece and nephew/second children Pam Hinder and Robert Ferguson.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ben Baxter and Daniel Jenkins, and three sisters, Dorothy Richards, Violet Cua, and Bernice Ferguson.

Friends may call Monday from 9 to 11AM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
