Palos Park, Illinois-Charlene Helen Thomas, 100 formerly of Sharon, Pa, passed away quietly on Wednesday January 18, 2017 at Peace Village Assisted Living Facility.

She was born January 29, 1916 in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania the youngest of 5 girls to the late Theobald and Sara Lang.

Charlene worked at Bolotin's Women's Clothing in Sharon, Pa. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, playing cards and knitting.

Charlene will be sadly missed by her daughter Carol Lee Anderson and her husband Duane, a son James L. Thomas, a grandson Mark Powell and his wife Kelly, and her great grandchildren, Luke, Victoria, and Cole. She will also be missed by her friends, and their families in Sharon who formed part of an extended family.

Charlene is preceded in death by her first husband James W. Thomas. She then married Thomas L. Davis who also preceded her in death. Charlene was also preceded in death by her sisters, Francis Levy, Isabell Stubbs, Lucille Potter, and Iola Sprankle.

A memorial service will be held at Peace Village in Palos Park, Illinois for her family, friends, and caregivers.
