Charles D. Woods, 64, of Niles, passed away on Tuesday April 21, 2026 at Mercy Health St. Joseph’s Warren Hospital.
He was born May 31, 1961 in Warren the son of Charles and Joanne Ascione Woods.
Charles was a 1979 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, member of Saint Pope John XXIII-St. Stephen Campus, and avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
He will be sadly missed by a sister Pam Sabol and her husband Mike of Youngstown.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held 11:00AM Saturday May 16, 2026 at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
