Connie A. Kovacich, 60, of Chardon, formerly of Niles, passed away Saturday March 23, 2019.

She was born April 20, 1958 in Warren; the daughter of Dominic and Carmela Rinaldi Liguori.

Connie was a 1976 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and employed as an insurance agent within the Cleveland area for 30 years, retiring in 2017. She had a strong devotion to The Blessed Mother and was dedicated to her children and grandchildren. Her greatest joy was spending time with them; instilling Italian culture and Catholicism to her family. Connie was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Chardon. She enjoyed playing bingo and baking; best known for her cheesecake and cookies.

She will be sadly missed by her father of Niles, her husband Timothy Kovacich whom she married November 4, 1978, a son Tim Kovacich(Abbey Cooke) of Eastlake, two daughters Donna Fragnoli and her husband Richard of Bay Village, Diana Kovacich(Cory Page) of Chardon, a brother Joseph Liguori and his wife Becky of Tucson, Arizona, three sisters, Philomenia Serena and her husband Harry of Niles, Donna Kelsh and her husband Rick of Howland, and Antoinette "Toni" D'urso and her husband Dominic of Niles, and two grandchildren Giuliana and Rocco Fragnoli.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Friends may call from 5 to 8PM Thursday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where the Mount Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 7:30PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
