Constance J. "Connie" Penick, 73, of Mineral Ridge, passed away on Wednesday July 3, 2024 at Continuing Health Care at The Ridge. She was born September 7, 1950 in Youngstown the daughter of John and Grace Braund Leash. Connie was a 1968 graduate of Youngstown Chaney High School, was of the Protestant Faith, and enjoyed drawing and art. She will be sadly missed by her husband George Penick whom she married January 5, 1973, a son Daniel Penick and his wife Kelli of Austintown, a sister Carol Troll of Weathersfield, Ohio, and three grandchildren, Owen, Ethan, and Alaina. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom Leash and John Leash. Private funeral services were held. Burial was in Kerr Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
