Connie Lee Hoffman Rose, 74, of Vienna died at 7:30AM Thursday, November 4, 2010 at St. Elizabeth's Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio.
She was born July 28, 1936 in Warren the daughter of Kenneth A. Hoffman and Theresa Huffman Knerem.
She was a 1955 graduate of Vienna High School, employed as a nurses aid at Hillside Hospital for 17 years, a home health caregiver, and a florist for several years.
She was a member of Vienna Methodist Church and enjoyed crafts and caring for the elderly.
She will be deeply missed by her husband Samuel C. Rose whom she married July 30, 1957, four sons, Larry Rose, at home, Kenneth Rose of Vienna, Timothy Rose and his wife Alyson of Garettsville, and Samuel Rose of Cleveland, two daughters, Kelly Pemberton and her husband Mark of Vienna, Mary Daum and her husband David of Irwin, Pennsylvania, two brothers, Donald Hoffman of Findlay, Ohio, and Kenneth Hoffman of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, a sister Alice Davidson and her husband Sherman of Howland, and six grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call from 2 to 4PM Sunday and 10:30 to 11AM Monday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Funeral Services will be held 11AM Monday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles with Reverend Ruth of Vienna Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will be in Vienna Township Cemetery.
