David J. Polk, 49, of Hubbard, died at 3AM Thursday June 27, 2013 at Sharon Regional Health Center.

He was born November 30, 1963 in Youngstown the son of David Polk and Linda Johnston.

He was a 1982 graduate of Brookfield High School and was previously employed as a painter at EASCO and Indalex Aluminum in Girard and currently a well tender at Enervest.

He enjoyed music, his jeep, an avid fan of The Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Giants.

He will be deeply missed by his father of Cleveland, his mother of Girard a son Cory Polk of Brookfield, a daughter Angel Polk of Masury, and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services were private.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
