Elizabeth "Betty" J. Coble, 86, of Warren, died Tuesday October 21, 2014 at Shepherd of The Valley Lutheran Home in Niles surrounded by her daughters

She was born August 29, 1928 in Neville Island, Pennsylvania the daughter of Adolph and Janette Bowman Tomana.

Betty was a graduate of Farmington High School in West Virginia and a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Warren, formerly known as Sts. Cyril and Methodius. Betty often enjoyed solving crossword or word puzzles to "keep her mind sharp" and reminiscing over her extensive collection of family photographs while Elvis Presley, Perry Como, or Ol' Blue Eyes played on the radio. She will be remembered as kindhearted and selfless, having touched countless lives, rivaled only in sweetness by the Reese's Cups which she loved to eat.

Her husband Roy "Jim" Coble whom she married April 14, 1951 died April 13, 1998.

She will be deeply missed by her six daughters, Cindy(Joe) Poling of Howland, Mary Toro of Delaware, Ohio, Cathy Coble(Curt Hall) of Warren, Becky(Ralph) Pallotta of North Jackson, Jane(Tom) Rossi of Niles, Sarah(Marcus) Hill of Niles, a brother John Tomana of Idamay, West Virginia, two sisters, Hazel Kelly of Cortland and Jean DeFazio of Monongah, West Virginia, 12 grandchildren, Matthew (Joette) Coble, Amanda Poling, Morgan and Christopher Brogdon-Hill, Adam and Samuel Kumar, Jordan Wittway, Alex Hill, Sophia and Rose Pallotta, Thomas and Elizabeth Rossi, and two great-granddaughters, Kennedy and Lennox Coble.

She was preceded in death by a brother Denny Tomana, and three sisters, Elaine Cogar, Alice Harker, and Dottie Roscoe.

Friends may call from 3 to 6PM Sunday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Services of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Monday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
