Frances A. Maranuk, 61, of 4772 5'th Street, Liberty, Twp died at 5:00AM Friday, February 26, 2010 at her daughters residence.

She was born May 3, 1948 in Youngstown the daughter of Frank and Pauline Rodomsky Sipusic.

Frances was a 1966 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelors degree in education.

She was employed as a teacher in The Youngstown City School District for 17 years, a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Niles, The National Education Association, and enjoyed gardening and reading.

She will be deeply missed by a son, Kevin Ciambrone of Niles, two daughters, Caroline Ruly and her husband Eric of Niles and Allison Maranuk of New York City, a brother Frank Sipusic of Niles, two sisters, Diane Murwin and her husband Robert of Columbiana, and Arleen Bailey and her husband Steve of Florida, and a grandchild Sidney Ruley.

Friends may call Monday from 5 to 7PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where The Mt. Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 6:30PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Niles, with Fr. Larry Frient officiating, preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Greenhaven Cemetery.
