Frank Thomas "Thom" Neale III, 58, of Roaming Shores, Ohio died at 3:15pm on Friday June 3, 2011 at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.
He was born November 26, 1952 in Warren, Ohio, the son of Frank Thomas Jr. and JoAnn Irene (Schwartz) Neale.
Thom was a 1970 graduate of Howland High School and a 1974 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in civil engineering.
He was employed as an engineer at Delphi Packard Electric for 28 years. Thom was a member of Roaming Shores Boat Association, the National Rifle Association, the National Arbor Day Foundation, the National Wildlife Federation, and the National Audubon Society. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, nature, and spending time in the outdoors.
He will be deeply missed by three sisters: Clela Stelnicki and her husband John of Elyria, Elaine Kimbler and her husband Rick of Wellington, Ohio, and Donna Jefferson of Gustavus; and five nieces: Sarah Jefferson, Hannah Jefferson, Jessica Kuzia and her husband Christopher, Bethany O'Connor and her husband Ciaran, and JoAnna Stelnicki.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a niece, Clela Burns.
A family gathering to celebrate his life will be held July 2, 2011 at his sister Donna's house in Gustavus, Ohio.
