Helen M. Sipusic, 88, of Niles, died at 4:20AM Sunday September 4, 2011 at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

She was born July 16, 1923 in Hubbard, Ohio the daughter of Emeric and Stefanja Bata.

Helen was a 1941 graduate of Hubbard High School, member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Niles, a homemaker, and enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Helen, who always said "Whats your story" will be deeply missed by her husband Aloysius Sipusic whom she married June 5, 1948, two sons Stephen Sipusic and his wife Mary Lou of Cortland and Ronald Sipusic and his wife Patty of Champion, a daughter Janet Rook and her husband David of Hudson, a sister Wilma Quinn of Hubbard, and three grandchildren, Holly Sipusic, Faye Rook, and Stephanie Rook.

She is preceded in death by two brothers, John Bata and Jim Bata.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Wednesday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Niles, with Fr. Thomas Kraszewski officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.
