Holly R. D'Amico, 57, of Youngstown, Ohio died at 10:20PM Monday, March 29, 2010, at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

She was born December 16, 1952 in Amherst, Ohio the daughter of Robert and Valerie Pyecroft Handwork.

Holly was a 1971 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and was employed at Youngstown State University as a secretary with disability services.

She was a member of Austintown Community Church, enjoyed gardening, walking her dog Spencer in the park, volunteering with charity work for her church, and spending time with her family.

She will be deeply missed by her mother of Youngstown, her husband Joseph D'Amico whom she married November 16, 1995, two daughters, Alysia D'Amico and Kelsey D'Amico both of Youngstown, a brother Craig Handwork and his wife Kathy of Iowa, two sisters, Glenda Sarisky and her husband Tom of Youngstown, and Kandi Mariani and her husband Tom of California, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father.

Friends may call from 5 to 8PM Thursday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Funeral Services will be held 11AM Friday at Austintown Community Church, 242 South Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown, Ohio 44515, with Rev David Roberts officiating. A prayer service will be held at 10:00AM Friday at the funeral home just before the procession to the church.
