Jessica Sacco, 49, of Niles, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Joseph's Warren Hospital. She was born Oct. 28, 1975, in Warren, the daughter of Jerry and Matilda Bruno Sacco. Jessica was a 1994 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a graduate of Youngstown State University with both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Education. She was employed as a teacher in the Niles City School District for 27 years, mostly teaching fourth grade. Jessica was a member of Saint Pope John XXIII Parish-Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles and a past church festival volunteer. She enjoyed shopping, planning family get-togethers, celebrating Christmas, watching Hallmark movies and "The Golden Girls," picking winning horses at the races and playing the slots. Most of all, she loved teaching and working with children. Though no one could ever find a more dedicated teacher, her class has been dismissed far too early. She will be sadly missed by her mother, a brother, James Sacco, and a sister, Carmel Sacco, all of Niles, plus several aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Gina Sacco. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Saint Pope John XXIII Parish-Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles .with Fr. Leo Wehrlin officiating Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery. Arrangements handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles, Ohio.
