John E. Boyle, 92, of Warren, passed away on Sunday November 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born May 15, 1929 in Mineral Ridge, Ohio the son of Harold and Gladys Shook Boyle Sr. John was employed for 30 years in the maintenance and paint department at General Motors Lordstown retiring in 1995 and enjoyed hunting. He was a United States Army veteran of The Korean War having served as a specialforces paratrooper. His wife Nettie Hayhurst Boyle whom he married March 27, 1979 died April 23, 1999. He will be deeply missed by two sons Bruce Boyle of Warren and Jeffery Gregory, two daughters Cynthia Gregory and Darla Gregory both of Mineral Ridge, a brother Robert Boyle of Mineral Ridge, several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter Sharon Fink, a brother Harold Francis Boyle Jr., and two sisters Rachel Skendrovich and Bonnie James. There are no calling hours or services. Burial will be in Sager Cemetery in Bristolville. The family wishes to give a special thank you to his caregiver Pam for her kind and compassionate care.
