Joseph W. Scarpaci, 93, of Warren passed away on Thursday September 21, 2023 at Mercy Health St. Joseph's Warren Hospital. He was born February 7, 1930 in Warren the son of Mike and Isabell St. Clair Scarpaci. He was a 1948 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, attended Ohio University, and was employed as a chemical engineer at Packard Electric. Joe enjoyed fishing and was a United States Marine Corp veteran during the Korean War. He will be deeply missed by his wife Helen Perone Scarpaci whom he married November 14, 1956. Cremation has taken place. There are no services. Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
