Karen Sue Hulvalchick, 79, of Vienna, passed away on Sunday August 27, 2023 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth's Youngstown Hospital. She was born April 30, 1944 in Warren the daughter of Robert and Mary Hart McVickers. She was a 1962 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a graduate of Youngstown Beautician School. Karen was a licensed real estate agent in The Trumbull and Mahoning County area for 25 years retiring in 2020. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish in Niles, The Women's Aglow, and enjoyed bowling. She will be deeply missed by her husband Mitchell "Mike" Hulvalchick Jr. whom she married November 19, 1962, a son Mitchell Hulvulchick III of Girard, and step-sister  Robin Media  of Nevada. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Dennis Hulvalchick, and  step-father Carl Ball. Friends may call from 4 to 7PM Thursday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where The Mt. Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 6:30PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Friday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles with Fr. Steven Agostino officiating, preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
