Katherine V. Marchionte, 90, of Niles died at 8:35PM Wednesday December 23, 2015 at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland.

She was born November 26, 1925 in Campbell, Ohio the daughter of Steve and Anna Repasky Vansach.

She was formerly employed at General Electric in Youngstown, a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, church festival and dinners volunteer.

Her husband Nick Marchionte whom she married February 15, 1954 died September 15, 1995.

She will be deeply missed by a sister Anne Ferrei of Boardman and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by an infant son.

Friends may call Saturday from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00AM Saturday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 10:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
