Attorney Kimberly A. Kohli, 43, of Liberty, passed away Friday May 11, 2012 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown.

She was born April 4 1969 in Youngstown the daughter of Paul P. Yannucci of Youngstown and Judy A. Fertig of Howland.

She was a 1986 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, a graduate of Youngstown State University and The University of Akron School of Law. She passed the bar exam in 2005 and went into private practice doing guardian ad litem work for Trumbull and Mahoning County.

Kim was of the Methodist Faith, a member of The Mahoning County and Trumbull County Bar Association, enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. She was involved in numerous community charities and gave selflessly of herself to others.

Kimberly is survived by her mother Judy Fertig of Howland, her brother Paul J. Yannucci of Pensacola, Florida, her sister Rachel Doyle of San Diego, California, her brother Frank Yannucci of Poland, Ohio, her sister Tracey Wardle of Leetonia, Ohio and her brother Robert E. Wardle III of Youngstown, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband Aneal Kohli whom she married October 18, 2003 and her father Paul P. Yannucci.

Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Funeral Services will be held 7 PM Thursday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles with Reverend James Bear officiating.
