Kimberly A. Spitak, 66, of Niles, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, July 31, 2026. Born on September 19, 1959, in Youngstown, Ohio, Kim was the daughter of Edward and Gloria (Mansky) Harver. She graduated from Boardman High School in 1977 and dedicated 46 years of her career to Giant Eagle and Market District, most recently working as the Business Development Manager for the Market District Deli. She took great pride in her work and was known for mentoring others with kindness, patience, and encouragement. She was deeply respected and dearly loved by her coworkers. Kim found joy in lifes simple pleasures. She loved music and attending concerts, especially those of Bruce Springsteen. She enjoyed mystery novels, summers at the beach, and spending time on her deck or relaxing by the pool with family and friends. After retiring in 2025, she looked forward to traveling and embracing the next chapter of her life with those she loved wholeheartedly. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Eddie Harver, and her sisters, Teri Lundy and Ginger Chepak. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 37 years, Paul; her daughters, Kristen Spitak of Niles and Kaitlin Adair (Trevor) of Boardman; her granddaughter, Madilyn Adair, and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends, and coworkers whose lives were forever touched by her kindness, generosity, and love. Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
