Lillie Marlene Madden

Lillie Marlene Madden, 79, of Niles, passed away on Tuesday January 20, 2026 at Mercy Health St. Joseph’s Warren Hospital.

She was born April 9, 1946 in Niles the daughter of Peggey and Marie Abbott Estes.

Lillie was a 1965 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and employed for Scarencchia Catering and in independent health care for 30 years.

She was a member of Saint Pope John XXIII Parish- St. Stephen Campus in Niles, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and reading.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Edward Madden whom she married October 8, 1980, a son Michael Kover, two daughters, Lisa McGinnis, and Billie Jo Jones and her husband Sam, six grandchildren, Michael Madden and his wife Jackie, Alexis Beltran and her husband Ricardo, Kelsey McGinnis and her fiancée Damon, Tori Kover and her wife Meghan, Gino Dodson, and Adam McGinnis and his wife Kaitlyn, and five great grandchildren, Ricardo, Mateo, and Mauricio Beltran, Lilith Cunningham, and Mia Madden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Vernon Estes and a sister Dolores Chipps.

Private services will be held at a later date.
