Linda Snedeker, 74, of Niles, passed away on Sunday May 29, 2022 at her residence. She was born November 15, 1947 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania the daughter of Louis and Rose Rubis Pogoreltz. Linda was a 1965 graduate of Canon McMillan High School and a 1969 graduate of Robert Morris College with an associates degree in medical transcription. She was employed at Northeast Ohio Orthopedics for 10 years retiring in 2017, member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Niles, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and wintering in Florida. She will be sadly missed by her husband Robert D. Snedeker whom she married June 27, 1970, a son Robert L. Snedeker and his wife Carrie of Palm Coast, Florida, a brother Louis Pogoreltz and his wife Kathy of Washington, Pennsylvania, her nephew Louis and her niece Jody, and five grandchildren, Nicolas, Rose, Sophia, Eleanor, and Christopher. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will be held 12:30PM Sunday July 31, 2022 at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
