Margaret Danes Flask, 91, of Niles, died at 8:00PM April 14, 2013 at Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles.

She was born September 22, 1921 in Clearfield, Pennsylvania the daughter of Antomino and Antonina Accordino Curtorillo.

She was employed as an inspector at General Electric in Niles for 30 years retiring in 1983. Margaret was a member Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish in Niles, Niles Knights of Columbus #1681 Women's Auxillary , and enjoyed playing cards, bingo, and crocheting.

Her husband Samuel Danes whom she married July 30, 1938 died April 14, 1982.

She will be deeply missed by two daughters, Marlene Scott and her husband Jimmy of Niles and Charlotte Gatta and her husband Dominic of Niles, a sister Sarah Rizzi of Arizona, four grandchildren, Michael Scott and his wife Jennifer, Dominic Gatta III and his wife Joanna, Samuel Gatta and his wife Cara, and Vincent Gatta and his wife Lindsay, and four great-grandchildren, Jacquelyn and Wyatt Scott, Cecelia Gatta and Dominic Gatta IV.

She is preceded in death by a brother Philip Curtorillo, and three sistes, Mary Santinoceto, Angeline Accordino, and Mardeen Santinoceto.

There are no calling hours.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00AM Thursday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Niles.

Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.
