Mary C. Infante, 100, of Niles died at 9:40PM Tuesday May 14, 2013 at Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles.

She was born March 8, 1913 in Youngstown the daughter of Maurice and Rose Spadaford Skiffey.

Mary was a 1931 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Guild, Wee Clique Card Club, enjoyed bowling, baking, cooking, and gardening.

Her husband Sam "Mooney" Infante whom she married January 26, 1939 died September 22, 1994.

She will be deeply missed by two sons Robert Infante and his wife Barbara of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and Richard Infante and his wife Karen of Niles, a daughter Marilyn Jakubowski and her husband Gene of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, a brother Anthony Skiffey and his wife Caroline of Niles, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Skiffey, James Skiffey, and Lawrence Skiffey, and three sisters, Phyllis Conti, Julia Chiarmonte, and Margaret Muche. There are no calling hours.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in McDonald with Father Robert Miller officiating.

Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.
