Mildred M "Millie". Kirchner, 87, of Warren, died at 11:43AM Wednesday April 8,2015 at St. Elizabeth's Health Center in Youngstown surrounded by her loving family

She was born July 6, 1927 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania the daughter of John and Anna Hovanac Voytek.

She was a 1945 graduate of Johnstown High School and was employed at a sewing factory right out of high school. In her later years she worked at Imperial Nursing home as a nursing assistant for 17 years.

Mildred was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, festival volunteer, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Society, Warren Scope, gave communion to the sick and a volunteer at Trumbull Memorial Hospital for more then 20 years as a Pink Lady working in the Pediatric Unit and then the Gift Shop. She also received The Community Spirit Recognition from the Pearlman Foundation, enjoyed cooking, playing bingo, and spending time with her family.

Her husband Donald J. Kirchner whom she married May 1, 1948 died January 17, 1978

She will be deeply missed by her son, David Kirchner and his wife Phyllis of Palm Bay, Florida, three daughters, Karen Ciminero and her husband Tony of Niles, Joyce Lester(Tony Sandate) of Newton, Kansas, and Darlene Pasternak and her husband David of Raleigh, North Carolina, nine grandchildren, Matt Ciminero and his wife Jodi, Kristine Cochran and her husband Kevin, Donnie Ciminero and his wife Allesha, Stephanie Regan and her husband Michael, Ryan Lester and his wife Kristen, Andrea  Rogers and her husband Dan, Amy Whitehurst and her husband Kyle, Bryan Pasternak(Alesia Michaels) and James Pasternak(Ashley Tibbets), eleven great-grandchildren, Joey Corson, Nico Ciminero, Brooklyn Ciminero, Santino Ciminero, Noah Webb, Spencer Webb, Giulianna Rogers,Addilee Whitehurst, Landen Whitehurst, Hailey Cochran, and Owen Cochran, plus three more on the way

She was preceded in death by a son, David Michael Kirchner, two brothers, Leonard Voytek and Bernard Voytek, and two sisters Martha Mizak and Louise Vargo.

Friends may call from 10:30AM to 12:30PM Friday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1PM Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 12:30PM prayer at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.

Mildred was a caring person who always thought of others. She gave her time and talents and offered friendship as well. Cherished memories of BaBa will be forever carried on by her loving children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren
