Richard E. "Skip" Hart Sr., 84, of Niles died at 10:10AM June 9, 2016 at his residence.

He was born April 16, 1932 in Warren the son of Charles V. and Helen Thomas Hart

He was a 1950 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, a graduate of Devry Institute in Illinois with a degree in electrical engineering, and employed as an electrician at Packard Electric for 30 years.

He was a member of Grace Church of The Nazarene, I.U.E. Local 1717, enjoyed golfing, bowling, avid football fan, and an United States Air Force Veteran having served in England.

He will be deeply missed by three sons, Kerry Hart and Bryan Hart, with whom he made his home, Richard E. Hart Jr. of Warren, a daughter Kim Olson of Oklahoma, six grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Harry Hart, and four sisters, Colleen Amundson, Mary McVickers Ball, Lois Comer, and Alma Smith.

Friends may call Monday from 10 AM to 11AM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Funeral Services will be held 11AM Monday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles with Pastor Jim Burns officiating.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Vienna
