Robert L. Ayers, 68, of Niles died 2:47pm Monday November 28, 2022 at Trumbull Regional Medical Center in Warren. He was born August 26, 1954 in Warren, the son of Dennis and Wilma Johnson Ayers. Bob was a 1972 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and later went on to Kent State University where he received his certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional. He was employed at US Steel, Keystone Steel, Main Steel, and Exacticut as a steelworker for 37 years. Bob enjoyed carpentry and woodworking. More importantly, he was the kindest, most loving man to anyone he knew. He will be deeply missed by his wife Debbie McClimans Ayers, whom he married February 8, 1974, his son Jason Ayers of Niles, two daughters Diana Moyer and her husband Ryan of Niles, Sarah Kennedy of Texas, four brothers Richard Ayers and his wife Shirley of Niles, Dennis Ayers of Lordstown, Jeff Ayers of Lordstown, John Ayers and his wife Tami of Girard, PA., his sister Sandy Tomko and her husband Tom of Howland, eight grandchildren Malcolm, Triston and Nathan Hafely, Michael and Aloura Kennedy, Elizabeth and Kai Ayers, Savannah Holliday and a great grandson.

He is preceded in death by his mother, father and two brothers Wayne and George Ayers. Friends may call Thursday December 1, 2022 from 5pm until the time of the 7pm funeral services at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
