Ronald G. Crank, 75, of Niles, died at 3:45PM Tuesday May 10, 2016 at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland.

He was born May 6, 1941 in Warren the son of Thomas and Olive Richards Crank.

He was a 1959 graduate of Mineral Ridge High School, a ribbon machine operator at General Electric in Niles where he retired in June of 1996.  He loved the game of golf, from playing to watching and attended The Masters golf tournament in Augusta, Georgia twice.  He enjoyed camping and being outdoors, visiting national parks, and was an avid Cleveland Indians, Cavs, and Browns fan. He and his wife loved to travel and visited many places such as California , Panama, Mexico, Florida, Arizona, Maine, and most places in-between.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Marsha Harvey Crank whom he married May 21, 1971, son Mark Crank and his wife Brenda, daughter Michelle Tomko and her husband Craig, daughter Christine Faye Tallman, grandchildren  Amanda Wildman and Vint Westley and 5 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Crank and Thomas Crank, a sister Trudy Billey, and sons Michael and David.

Friends may call from 10AM to Noon Saturday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
