Rosa M. Ruggiero Catullo, 92, of Niles, died at 2:36AM Wednesday May 3, 2017 at Shepherd of The Valley Lutheran Home in Niles.

She was born September 7, 1924 in Roseto Valfortore, Foggia, Italy the daughter of Giacomo and Elizabeth Pinta Ruggiero.

Rosa was a homemaker, member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, enjoyed gardening, cooking, watching game shows, and playing bingo

Her husband Nick G. Catullo whom she married January 14, 1946 died April 9, 2000

She will be sadly missed by a daughter, Maria Catullo of Niles, and a grandson Anthony Catullo and his wife Marybeth of Cleveland.

She was preceded in death by a brother Antonio Catullo, and a sister Grace Ruggiero.

Friends may call from 3 to 5PM Sunday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where the Mount Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 4:30PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Monday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.
