Rosemary A. Mariani Gimma, 85, of Niles, passed surrounded by her family at 6:08am Saturday March 15th.

She was born December 25th, 1928 in  Niles  the daughter of Thomas and Nina Celestini Mariani.

Rosemary was retired from General Electric Mahoning Glass where she had work for 39 years.

She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, making pizzelles for her family, playing bingo with her friends and playing the lottery.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter Kristina Gimma Rorison of Niles, two grandchildren Robert Rorison and Stephanie Rorison of Niles, two great-grandchildren Connor Anthony and Ella Rose, a brother Thomas Mariani and his wife Elaine of  Niles   and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a son Mark A. Gimma,  a brother Tony Mariani and two sisters Mary Rishel and Lucille Brak.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
