Russell J. Cramer, 71, of Cortland, died at 1:18AM Saturday January 22, 2011 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.

He was born February 26, 1939 in Niles the son of Russell M. and Ruth Painter Cramer.

He was a 1957 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and was employed for 43 years at Delphi Packard Electric before retiring in 2007.

Russell was a member of The Niles 1'st Church of The Nazarene, enjoyed sports, especially the Cleveland Browns and Indians, and a United States Naval Veteran.

Russell, who was a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle will be deeply missed by his wife Edith Reith Cramer whom he married August 20, 1973, a daughter Kimberly Cramer of Austintown, a sister Shirley Del Signore and her husband Richard of Poland, two nephews, Richard Del Signore and his wife Sue of Flower Mound, Texas and Michael Del Signore and his wife Marlene of Columbiana, a great nephew Nicholas, and three great nieces, Ava, Olivia, and Anne.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 4 to 7PM Tuesday and 10 to 11AM Wednesday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Funeral Services will be held 11AM Wednesday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles with Rev. Carol Yablonovsky officiating.

Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery where Russell will be honored for his military service by the Trumbull Country American Legion Honor Guard.
