Samuel N. "Moose" Marrara Jr., 61, of Millersburg, Ohio formerly of Niles, died Friday May 30, 2014 at Akron General Hospital.

He was born September 8, 1952 in Warren the son of Sam and Josephine Cardinal Marrara.

Sam was employed at Republic Steel for several years, a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, and a United States Army veteran.

He will be deeply missed by two brothers, Michael Marrara and his wife Brenda of Niles, Matthew Marrara of Niles, a niece and a nephew.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Lorraine Marrara and Jeannie Marie Marrara.

There are no calling hours.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Tuesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church with Fr. Fred Trucksis officiating.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
