Terri L. Skiffey, 59, of Youngstown died 10:58am Thursday February 4, 2021 at St Elizabeth's Health Center in Youngstown.

She was born June 10, 1961 in Warren the daughter of Anthony J. and Carmala LaPolla Skiffey.

Terri loved going to school at Fairhaven Workshop at a young age and also working at Purple Cat Workshop in Boardman as she got older.

She will be deeply missed by three sisters Shirley Satterthwaite of Niles, Carol Frost and her husband Larry of Lordstown, and Chris Callow and her husband Lane of Denver, Colorado.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother David Skiffey.

Friends may call Wednesday from 10am to 11a.m. at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles. Social distancing measures will be enforced and wearing of masks is mandatory.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
