William J. Elliott, 52, of Niles died at 2:45PM Tuesday July 29, 2014.

He was born March 6, 1962 in Warren the son of William and Mary Kay Livani Elliott.

He was a 1980 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and employed as a supervisor at Home Depot in Howland for 16 years.

He enjoyed sports, fishing, reading, and spending time with his family, especially with his granddaughter, Olivia.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Kimberly Bednar Elliott whom he married June 6, 1997, a son Matthew Elliott and his girlfriend Kara Worley and their daughter Olivia of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, his step-father Victor Petillo, who raised him, of Niles, his brothers, V.J. Petillo and his wife Ronda of Richmond, Virginia and Sam Petillo and his wife Traci of Niles, his nephews, Zachary and Jake, his nieces Halli, Emily, Avery, Maddalena, Gigi, Lauren, Andrea, Layni, and Layken, his sister-in-law Linda Elliott of Howell, Michigan, his mother-in-law Gloria Bednar of Youngstown, his brothers-in-law James Bednar of Youngstown and Tim Bednar and his wife Jodi of Canfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Thomas Elliott, and his father-in-law, James Bednar.

Friends may call from 6 to 8PM Friday and 10 to 11AM Saturday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Funeral Services will be held 11AM Saturday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles with Fr. John-Michael Lavelle officiating.
