William H. Lackey, 83, of Warren, passed away on Tuesday September 27, 2022 at his residence. He was born June 6, 1939 in Warren the son of Harvey and Katherine Zell Lackey. He was a 1957 graduate of St. Mary's High School. He was employed by the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union #33 and retired in 1999 after working at York-Mahoning Mechanical Contractors. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, enjoyed meeting his friends for coffee at McDonalds, driving his corvettes, and was a United States Army veteran. He will be deeply missed by his wife Dolores Chuirazzi Lackey whom he married February 5, 1966, a son William M. Lackey of Warren, two daughters, Jennifer (Jamie Moseley) Lackey of Lordstown and Kristen (Brian) Ripple of Lordstown, three grandchildren, Joshua (Paige) Lackey, Kaili and Kelsey Ripple, and two great-grandchildren, Myles and Lincoln Lackey. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services were private. Memorial contributions can be made to The Project 20/20 Campaign at Our Lady of Mt.
